After a fantastic ten years at Michelin starred Purnell's restaurant in Birmingham, Sonal has got a new groove as GM and Head Somm at The Wilderness.  

We'll hear from Sonal about his passion of wine and fine Champagne, his years at Purnell's, what it takes to become a Krug Ambassador and GQ Sommelier of the Year.  We'll also be looking forward to hear what the future holds for his new adventure with Alex Claridge at The Wilderness.
