About The Event
Men and Hobbits love beer, Dwarves crave mead and Orcs would kill for a good drop of Grog, but it’s the gentle Elvenfolk of Middle-Earth that best appreciate the delights of fine wine.
Join us for our 'Prancing Pony' pop-up at Sarehole Mill for what promises to be a fantastic evening of themed readings and songs, paired with wines that even Galadriel would find enchanting.
This Lord of the Wines event includes a welcome drink, three themed readings, each with a paired wine, then a final ‘Prancing Pony’ themed sing-a-long with wine, led by the landlord himself!
Friendly folk will be reading their favourite excerpts from the tales of Tolkien and the Wine Events Company will make sure each one is accompanied by great wine.
Expect folk music and an ethereal atmosphere to add to a great evening.
Pre-booking is essential. Over 18s only.
Guests must be on site for event for a 5.45pm prompt start. Late arrivals cannot be refunded.
