DINE An evening with Luca Laghi

‘Laghi’s Deli burst onto the Birmingham dining scene back in 2017 bringing authentic Italian cuisine to the city. Unsurprisingly a plethora of Best Restaurant award wins followed.

Brummies have taken restaurant owner Luca Laghi to their hearts and on Monday 16 March we’ll get to hear from Luca as I ask him questions about his life, his loves and his culinary inspiration over a wonderful four course dinner cooked by Luca, his brother and mama, all paired with Luca’s favourite wines.

Angela’s ‘messy’ potato gnocchi (the only dish where you’ll see ragù with cream!)
